Nick Holt

Nick graduated from Wrexham University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. He has previously worked in the fitness industry and developed a passion for strength training and conditioning. He loves lifting weights and enjoys outdoor hikes and swimming.
His aim is to help people achieve their own goals. He strongly believes that the patient comes first, and he is passionate about providing both support and guidance, in order to achieve the best outcomes for our patients
