Judith Seddon
(Clinical Lead Physiotherapist)
Judy was born and raised in Lancashire on a small holding along her brother and 3 sisters. She trained in Leeds as a Chartered Physiotherapist and qualified in 1984. After graduation she worked in the Manchester teaching hospitals to gain experience in many specialities.
She moved to Wrexham in 1987 and began work at the Wrexham Maelor hospital. In 1989 she established the Wrexham Physiotherapy and Sports injuries Clinic from Wrexham Rugby Club, and later moved to Sports Connection and then the Wrexham Tennis centre.
Over the 40 years since she qualified, she has gained a wealth of experience and prides herself on being a hands on therapist. She now specialises in spinal conditions, spinal manipulation, cervical headaches, sports Injuries and soft tissue injuries.
She has 2 children and 3 grandchildren and tells us the happiest days of her life have been when they were all born. Her family are the most important thing to her, and it makes her happy spending time with them. Out of work she loves horse riding, hill walking, Pilates, gardening and down-hill skiing. She owns, trains and cares for her own horse and regularly competes at British Dressage. She is also a trainee British Dressage judge.
