Jo Verity

Jo worked with us at Wrexham Physiotherapy clinic for over 30 years, she was a passionate and hardworking member of our team. Sadly, Jo passed away peacefully in 2019 at the height of the Covid pandemic from Pancreatic cancer.
We feel extremely privileged to have worked so closely with her, and also to have enjoyed so many happy, fun filled hours outside of work socially. She was a wonderful colleague & dear and devoted friend.
Jo lit up the room whenever she walked in, the clinic was always filled with her amazing laugh, her vivacious personality & her enthusiasm for the career that she loved. She was extremely popular with her patients, many of whom stayed in touch with her during her illness. She had a genuine interest in their well-being & appreciated their kind wishes.
A great passion of Jo’s was her animals, she was an accomplished equestrian and competed regularly in dressage. Her 2 cats were constant companions and her beloved horse, Whizz, brought her many hours of joy.
